Casa Buffa è composta da 1 camere matrimoniale molto ampia.

Nella stanza troverai un armadio a 4 ante, un comò ed una poltrona che puoi chiedere di aprire.

C’è un solo bagno ed un corridoio.

La cucina ha un comodo divano letto alla francese.

Può ospitare fino a 5 persone ma l’ideale è 4.

L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort; aria condizionata nelle stanze e lavatrice ed è molto accogliente. Nei mesi invernali il riscaldamento è condominiale.

L’accesso al palazzo è su una strada trafficata ma l’affaccio è nel cortile interno ed è molto silenzioso.

Il quartiere è molto vivace perché è abitato soprattutto da universitari vista la vicinanza della Sapienza e del Policlinico Umberto 1 e del CNR. Tram di fronte casa per visitare ROMA O metro A e B a Termini

La connessione wi-fi è gratuita e illiitata. Si tratta di fibra ultraveloce utile per lavorare.

Non si accettano animali.

E' vietato fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Casa Buffa is composed by a very big double room. In the room you’ll find an armchair that you can ask to open before arriving. There’s an only bathroom.

In the kitchen/living room there’s a sofà bed for two people. The house can host up to 5 people but 4 are more confortable because of the only bathroom.

The apartment is full of conforts: air conditioning in the rooms, washing machine, the heater is opended during the winter for all the palace.

The house is ideal for those who want to visit the city of Rome because it is close to Termini station and Tiburtina station, with the terminus of several buses and Metro A and B or for those who have university commitments being a few hundred meters from the La Sapienza University, the Umberto I Polyclinic and the CNR - National Research Council. In front of the house you’ll find tram 19 and 3 that will bring you around Rome.
